Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of SIGNA Wire. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

You may not use SIGNA Wire to

1. Misuse, redistribute, or exploit official-source data in a way that violates the terms of the originating source, applicable law, or the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable platform controls, rate limits, authentication mechanisms, security features, or access restrictions.
3. Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract platform content, case files, or summarised data using automated tools, bots, or scripts not expressly authorised in writing by SIGNA Wire.
4. Overload, disrupt, or degrade platform infrastructure, including through excessive automated requests or denial-of-service activity.
5. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, data, or to SIGNA Wire's internal systems, databases, or infrastructure.
6. Republish SIGNA Wire output as investment advice, financial advice, a trading signal, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, or any other form of regulated professional advice.
7. Remove, obscure, or alter source attribution from any case file, summary, or evidence chain generated by SIGNA Wire.
8. Imply endorsement by SIGNA Wire, or by any official regulatory body, government agency, or source cited in a case file.
9. Use the SIGNA Wire AI assistant to request, generate, or distribute investment advice, trading signals, price predictions, portfolio recommendations, buy/sell/hold guidance, or any other form of regulated financial or professional advice. The assistant is designed to refuse such requests.
10. Abuse the support system, security reporting process, or in-app notification system, including by submitting false reports or using these channels to harass or threaten.
11. Use the platform to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, front-running, or any other conduct that violates applicable financial law or securities regulations.
12. Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions, suspension decisions, or plan limits.
13. Use SIGNA Wire in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Enforcement

SIGNA Wire reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action including account suspension, permanent termination, data deletion, and where required by law, disclosure to relevant authorities. We will endeavour to notify you before taking action unless immediate action is required to protect the platform or other users.
