SIGNA Wire is operated by PRIMELINK DIGITAL ONLINE SELLER, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Dubai E-Trader License No. 1603034 (Register Number: 2812389). The registered address is Flat 4302, Trade Centre 1, P.O. Box 48800, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The operator is EUGENE MALIK ABELA.
This Privacy Policy explains how SIGNA Wire collects, uses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the SIGNA Wire platform at signawire.com.

2. What information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and account preferences. We use this to provide access to the platform, send account notices, and identify your account.
Usage information
We collect information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, case files viewed, followed sources and topics, saved items, reading level preferences, and search queries. We use this to operate and improve the platform.
Legal acceptance records
When you accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, or Cookies notice, we record which version you accepted and when. We use this to demonstrate compliance with our legal obligations and to ensure you are presented with updated versions when terms change materially.
AI assistant interactions
If you use the SIGNA Wire AI assistant, your questions are sent to our AI processing provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not train AI models on your queries. Queries may be logged for safety and quality review. We do not share AI conversation content with third parties beyond processing.
Support communications
If you contact support, we retain the content of your communication to respond to your request and improve our service.
Payment-adjacent information
When billing is active, payment details are processed by Stripe. SIGNA Wire does not store card numbers or payment credentials. We may receive subscription status, billing period dates, and the last four digits of a payment method from Stripe for account display and support purposes.
Technical and device data
IP address, browser type, operating system, and session identifiers are collected automatically as part of normal web service operation. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

5. Your rights

- Restriction: request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time
To exercise any right, email admin@signawire.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. In some cases we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
To request account and data deletion, you may also use the account settings section of the platform. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
6. Who processes your data
We use the following third-party data processors to operate SIGNA Wire:

We have data processing agreements in place with each subprocessor. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
7. International data transfers
Some of our subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law to ensure an adequate level of protection.

8. Cookies and browser storage
For full information about our use of cookies and browser storage, see our Cookies notice. In summary, we use essential session cookies, security cookies, and browser local storage for preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
9. Children
SIGNA Wire is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child’s data has been collected, contact admin@signawire.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We will notify users of material changes to this Privacy Policy at least 14 days before the updated version takes effect, by email or in-product notice. Continued use of SIGNA Wire after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Non-material corrections may be made without notice.
