Cookies Notice

Last updated: 18 June 2026 · SIGNA Wire · signawire.com

SIGNA Wire uses a small number of cookies and browser storage mechanisms to operate the platform. This notice explains what we use and how you can control it.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site trackers.

Analytics

We collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) for internal product improvement. This is linked to your account and processed by Supabase, our database provider. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar third-party analytics services. No behavioural tracking cookies are set by third parties on SIGNA Wire.

Marketing and advertising

None. SIGNA Wire does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking tools. You will not be retargeted based on your use of SIGNA Wire.

What happens if essential cookies are disabled

If you block or delete session and security cookies through your browser settings, you will not be able to sign in or maintain an authenticated session. The public website will still load, but protected areas of the platform will be inaccessible.

Disabling local storage will prevent reading level and interface preferences from being saved between sessions. No platform features will be permanently broken.

How to control cookies

You can manage and delete cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
